GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

Each year we try to show our appreciation for allowing the community to service them for over 30 years.  Each year we try to set up a project toward the end of the year for someone in need.  Normally, it is a family in need of some serious home repair, however, the last couple years have been a little more aggressive.

Last year it was the it was the construction for the new Offices of Jewish Family Services, in Ann Arbor.  We built them a new 3000 square foot new office space.  There old office was very small for the amount of work they do.  It also lacked the security needs, demanded by the times we live in.  At there old space, desks were crammed together, with no privacy and no security.  Now they all have separate offices, a great security system, a separate classroom, bathrooms that actually work, a kitchen area and all the privacy their clients should be afforded.   You can see what great work they do at http://www.jfsannarbor.org/.  It was a great project that made friends and memories for a lifetime!

The year before, the neighboring city of Farmington was in need of a new and SAFE play structure.  We did all of the lighting for the project, along with helping in any other way, and included all the incidental electrical that was needed to complete the project.

We welcome your suggestions in case you know someone in need.  Maybe, they can be the project for this year!  We would love to hear from you.
